PC freeze going crazy

I power up and everything seems fine but after 5-10 min the screen freezes windows /bios it doesn't matter
what i tried so far :replaced my hdd,motherboard,RAM and the bastard is still freezing .(after 2 freezes the cpu fan won't even budge when i try to restart)
i don't have any temp problems so i guess its the psu? :/

ok i think is the psu.
After i replaced my cpu with a dual core my bastard refused to start up untill i removed the hdd..............now it works(hdd included)
what the hell is going on.
my original setup: AMD FX4100 quad, AMD radeon hd6800, Gigabyte GA970A mobo, GX 650W Cooler Master
