Windows 7 Installation Disc

If i buy a new windows 7 installation disc
installed it on a old computer used product key to activate it used it for a while
but then later on bought a new computer wanted to use the same install disc and use same product key
could i do so if i uninstalled windows 7 on the old computer

Yes, provided it's a retail boxed disc and not an OEM one which is cheaper. OEM Windows is tied to the first PC you install it on, not transferable to another PC, ever. That's why it's cheaper than retail.

With retail boxed version you may have to activate it by phone after installing on new PC.
Just be sure to remove it from old computer before installing it on new one.

That aside, sourcing a retail boxed version of Windows 7 now isn't going to be easy as Microsoft clawed all unsold copies back from software vendors shortly after Win8 was launched.
