Hardwiring off of Apartment's Wifi?

So some friends and myself are moving into an apartment soon. This apartment offers their own wifi. We want to know if we can use this wifi, but hardwired to it. Is that as simple as getting our own modem and router, phone line->modem, modem->router, install router cd on computers then wire pc to router?

Or is it more complicated than that? Is it even possible?

Thanks.

If for some reason you can only attach one device to it, or you absolutely must be hardwired, then you can use a little wifi->ethernet adapter and attach a switch to it. You'll still only get the speed of one wireless connection though, so I really wouldn't recommend it unless you have no other choice.

I've used this to attach an old security camera system to a friends wireless network for remote monitoring, the set up is fairly simple and he hasn't had any issues with it yet.
