Hey, when I ordered my pc I chose "crucial m4 ssd 128GB" and "seagate barracuda 2TB" as my hard drives. I checked online and found that windows 7 (which I have) will not automatically defrag an SSD, then I checked the disc and it said it was getting defragged automatically every wednesday at 01.00. I have never change any of these settings, so it's there by default, should I disable this?

You certainly should disable it. Defragging SSDs is not necessary and can be harmful.
