Computer shuts down after logging in to windows!?

I just got my new GPU today (Gigabyte Radeon R9 280X). It says that it requires minimum 600w PSU. My PSU is the Cooler Master G650M (I just got this one too).
When I booted my computer for the first time it worked perfectly fine.
But when I was going in to the BIOS, I pressed the delete button a couple of times when my computer was booting, but the monitor said "NO SIGNAL".

I accidentally pressed the the reset button, nothing happened.
Then I pressed the power button and it shut down.
I turned on the computer again and logged in, the desktop showed up, but after 20 seconds the computer shuts down and then turns on automatically.

Do anyone know what the problem is? Please answer as quickly as possible.

I solved the problem, the CPU was overheating.
The water block didn't work when I had it plugged into the motherboard. I plugged it directly into the PSU instead, and everything is working properly now. :D

First off, invest in a spell checker or something for the title :p

Make sure that you plugged in all of the cables correctly to the r9 280x. Make sure to use the PCI-E cables that are attached to the PSU (or can be attached via a modular cable) rather than molex adapters. (If you need molex adapters, change the PSU)

See if the problem persists when the GPU is removed from the system (i.e. you are running off of integrated graphics).

Could you also list the rest of the system please?

CPU: AMD A10 6800k CPU cooler: Corsair H60
Motherboard: Gigabyte F2A88X-D3H Fm2+ socket
RAM: Kingston HyperX Blu 8GB 1600 MHz
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB

BTW I laughed so hard when I saw the title! :D

I have my fans connected to the motherboard, and they work fine. :) But I think that the waterblock didn't get enough power throug the motherboard to turn itself on.
