Hi I am building a new gaming computer because my old one got a lot of viruses on it from downloading mods and stuff and I am going to be using the same monitor,keyboard,and mouse on my new computer is there any way my new gaming pc will get a virus just by me using the same monitor,keyboard,mouse as the gaming pc that got viruses...

Only if they somehow infected the memory on your mouse and keyboard if they have any on it, I wouldn't really be worried about it (it would have to be a sophisticated virus), if you are really concerned about it I would just update/flash the firmware on your mouse and keyboard if you have that option.

A) No

B) Stop downloading illegal warez, torrentz, etc. Pay for the real version. That's way you're getting viruses

C) Install a halfway decent anti-virus/malware. Most of them are free and can prevent this from happening in the first place
