I'm sorry I don't know the model is a dell latitude d630 apparently there are known graphics problems with it.

Take out the hard drive and install it into your new computer.

It´s a laptop, it will be difficult then, you can try to swap hard drives and back up all the important files or you can try to clone the hdd with programs like AOMEI backupper.
