The other day I turned my PC off. Upon trying to turn it back on it told me bootmgr was missing. I knew it was a common problem that can usually can be fixed by restarting. But when I restarted the screen would boot from a black screen to a grey screen. Now I can't even get it to work at all. The heatsink still turns on and the graphics card still turns the fan on but it won't provide an input and USB things do not get powered when I plug them in. I thought that it was a new motherboard but the same exact thing happens. Does any one know what could be causing this.
