Ok so my i have a Asus VI Hero and the changes i made to my system were a new case, noctua d14 fan and an ssd.

Now i was careful with all my parts and Ive done this many times before so I did not expect any issues.

When I turn on the PC the board lights up, all the fans twitch then stop, and then nothing, and the counter on the top right of my MB is "00"

None of the fans actually spin on the case or on the cpu cooler, the only fan that spins is my sapphire 7970 gpu which has two fans, but only one spins.

I have attached the speaker but it doesn't make any sound at all.

Not sure what the problem is or whats causing this, would really appreciate some help on this issue. Thanks

Check that the RAM is securely locked in their slots. Have you tried breadboarding the system?
Take the MB back out and check to see if you added any standoffs that shouldn't be there. One may be shorting the back of the board. Then while it is out test it in breadboard fashion:
Put the MB on an insulated surface like the box it arrived in. Connect just the CPU/cooler, 1 stick memory in 1st DIMM slot as required sometimes by the manual for using 1 stick, PSU, KB, and if available; the on-board video to monitor. Start the system by momentarily shorting the 2 pins on the MB FP header that the case's start button wires would plug normally into. You should get a display and be able to boot to BIOS by tapping DEL.
