Anti-Aliasing Not Working

I have a Nvidia GTX 760, and i have been playing games but it seems Anti-Aliasing and anistropic filtering is not working right in any game, for example in euro truck simulator 2 when driving the fences and posts look jaggered and have white lines moving along the top while moving, but this goes for any game, i have tried nvidia inspector and nvidia control panel but nothing seems to work to make the games look better, please help

I seem to be having the same issue with Fallout 4. I got GTX 960, and the objects aren't smooth when I turn on anti aliasing. I've been trying a lot of things, but none of them seem to help. :/
