3 way PWM Fan splitter?

Hi guys, just wanted to know if there are any 3 way PWM Fan splitters out there, also is it even safe to use, like will it draw to much power from a single 4 pin motherboard header?

I don't think I'd try to run more than 2 fans off the motherboard fan header. Most headers are only good for 1 amp. I know fans are pretty much all 1/4 amp or so, but you have to take into consideration locked rotor current when the fan motor starts.
