Pc not turning on!!!

I have finished my pc build except for hard drive, and cpu which are still shipping, when i tried to turn on my pc it did not turn on, is this because of the missing parts or is something wrong. Ps. this is my first build so don't call me out if it is a stupid mistake.

It could very well be a new builder mistake. I agree that you should just wait until all your components arrive. In the meantime you can look through our troubleshooting checklist to help you avoid some of the most common mistakes. There's a link to the checklist in my signature.
