Any work around to install old drivers?

My board only have a single PCIE slot that I'm using for my raid controller. I picked up an old ATI R9250 PCI video card in order to get dual monitor. However, this is a very old card. I'm using Server 2012 and I need to find a 64 bit driver. Been told that I can use Win 7 drivers for Server 2012 but couldn't find any for this card. If there are other PCI cards that you know would work please let me know as well

You will be hard pressed to find PCI board (with interface abandoned for video well before 64-bit Windows) with Server 2012 drivers. It will be much easier (and probably cheaper and better maintanable) if you switch your motherboard.
