Replacing Comcast all in one router

So I was looking to replace my families all in one router/modem. This looks like the one we have.

I was thinking of getting...

and for the modem I am not completely sure. Suggestions on the modem would be great and I know it has to be compatible with Comcast.

Are these the only ones that will work?

Works perfectly with my Comcast service. 50mb down and 12mb up

Dang that's a nice one. I thought when you said mb you didn't mean MB haha. That is a little expensive for a modem but it should last a very long time I think. I will see if there are any other opinions but thanks for the great response. It will be a long time but when fiber eventually reaches me I will hopefully be ok.
