First, please excuse my English. I'm no computer guy, I really need your very detailed helps on this.

As the title says, I installed Windows 8 64-bit on my PC that is previously Windows 7 32-bit. I have the drivers cds/dvds, but they are not installing.

This is what happens when I try to install them:

ASRock drivers:

AMD driver:

Later, I downloaded all stuffs on this page:
http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H61M-HGS/?cat=Download&os=Win8a64

I can't be sure which drivers/utilities I need, so I installed them all.
2 of them failed. The Rapid Start driver and the VGA driver.

The message that shows up when I click on both setup files:

This is my pc's system information:
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit (6.3, Build 9600)
BIOS: BIOS Date: 09/18/12 13:57:21 Ver: 04.06.05
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2120 CPU @ 3.30GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.3GHz
Memory: 6144MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 11

If you need more informations about my PC, please tell me how can I get them?

Any helps are appreciated, thank you!

Rapid Start requires a certain hardware setup, these requirements seem not to be met.

As for the video drive, does you CPU have a build-in GPU?

Some of the Intel CPUs that the motherboard supports come with a GPU build-in. If your CPU does not meet this criteria, the VGA connector on the motherboard will not work and the driver will not install.
