New build crashed? Help please

Hi, I built my first pc yesterday and after installing all drivers and software I decided to see how it performs. I downloaded and played Assassins Creed Black Flag, I was running it max settings for about 45 mins - an hour then everything shut off, monitor, keyboard (backlit), mouse (backlit) and computer. After about 10 seconds the mouse turned on as well as my case fans, and mobo, my CM Hyper 212 evo didn't turn on and neither did my Evga 760 SC card, monitor says no hdmi detected. I turned off all power and let it cool down for 30 mins and encountered the same problem when I tried turning it on. I don't know what happened, can anyone help?

it is quite possible it over heated and shut down.

try clearing the Cmos and see if it will boot. It is always best to stress test the system right after building it and watching temps while doing so. This will show any instability in the parts so they can be addressed before damage occurs.

Psu is corsair cx600. Still working because my mobo and case fans have power, it was running great yesterday and to the best of my knowledge everything is where it's supposed to be.
