Corsair power supply

Is there a difference between the Corsair CX750M and the CX750? If i was going to use the CX750 witll the CX750M be compatible?

The "M" stands for modular. That is the only difference in the two.
Honestly, I would tell you to avoid the CX and VS series. They use lower quality capacitors, and tend to fail some times.

So which power supply could you recommend me for this specs:

- Intel Core i7 4820k Processor
- Asus P9X79 Motherboard
- Nvidia GeForce GTX660 DCU2 Graphic card
and a Coolermaster Haf X case? Thanks for your help!

Great PSU, made by seasonic, also comes in 650w variant.


Will a Corsair GS800 work? Is one of the only options i have, and i really like the leds :3 Please help

Its not the best option, but its better than a CX.
