should i either get a corsair h80i $79.99 and a 2gb sapphire r9 270x dual x $200 OR get a Cooler Master Hyper T2 Compact CPU Cooler with Dua 20$ and get a 4gb msi r9 270x. for this build i plan on overclocking an amd fx 8320 and i want to get good performance on that while also getting good performance on the gpu.

the rest of the build would be
CPU: amd fx 8320 black edition
motherboard: gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P socket am3 amd atx motherboard
GPU: sapphire technology amd radeon R9 270X 2048mb ddr5 PCIe 3.0x16 video card OR MSI R9 270x Gaming AMD Radeon R9 4GB PCI-E 3.0 x16
MEMORY: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB DDR3-1600 (PC3-12800) CL9 Dual Channel Desktop Memory Kit (Two 4GB Memory Modules) (but if someone can tell me where i an get ram that is colored red and is below 80$ that would be awesome)
CASE: corsair SPEC-2 cardbide series spec-02 mid tower case with red LED fan ( trying to make the whole system glow red also)
HDD: western digital caviar green 1.0tb( i saved money on this from scrapping it from my fairly new HP desktop and i am currently running dban to clear the whole hard drive)
PSU: Corsair Corsair CX Series CX600M 600 Watt ATX Modual refurbished and in great condition
CPU COOLER: corsair h80i or Cooler Master Hyper T2 Compact CPU Cooler with Dual Looped Direct Contact Heatpipes

now i will say i also want a cooler that i can download a program with and control it right on my home screen, and also as i stated i want it to be a good cooler to overclock with. the reason why i looked at the corsair h80i is because it keeps the cpu temp low even on load and also would allow for more space and look cool. while on the cooler master hyper t2 i could save 60$ and use that extra money on the 4gb gpu (i will not be doing 4k gaming just for the record, i just want a regular gaming pc that can run any game on high settings). anyway i will be going to microcenter this friday to get the parts and i just want to know what to get before i go. Thanks :D
