Just wondering if this could be my MoBo, its an older PC, MoBo is Gigabyte GA-EG31M S2. So everything was working except my CPU cooler, it was idle at 70c so I got a new Cooler Master Hyper N250, hooked it up (Just a fan cable was all), then plugged it all in to check the temps. Now none of my USBs are working at all (tower and MoBo) and my windows 8.1 wont boot, it says it needs to run auto repair and is stuck in a loop of restarting. Ive read to try starting in safe mode but all I have is a USB keyboard so I cant use it. Is this my mobo failing or does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to fix this?
