Creaking noise in Thinkpad L540

Hey guys, I purchased Lenovo Thinkpad L540 laptop today. I am very happy with its performance, keyboard and display. Trackpad is Ok. Lenovo shouldn't try to copy Apple.
Anyway, when I put my ears on lower left corner of palm rest and listen carefully sometimes I am able to hear very low creaking sound. Is this sound coming from HDD or FAN? Should I get it replaced?

Okay it is possibly FAN only, because sound is audible when fan kicks in. Also I saw on Youtube that HDD is on right hand side. So I am pretty sure its not HDD. I'll use laptop for few days, still if I find it bothering I may return it.
