hello guyz i have amd fx-8350 with sapphire amd r9 290x and 2x4gb 1866Mhz g.skill do you think this will be enough to run GTA V

Agreed.
I read an article on how they made GTAV and it was designed with the PC quite heavily in mind. I think the delay in release had more to do with optimizing for the next-gen consoles.

My guess is you'll be at MAXIMUM settings at 1920x1080 and 60FPS+ or darn close.
