I've done many speedtest.net tests, and have become accustom to seeing a ping under 20ms every time. And so because of that, when I start seeing ping results near 80, I start to wonder what might be the problem. This is the first speed test I've taken in a few weeks and these slower ping results have only now started popping up. I would just like to know what might be causing these higher pings, and whether or not something can be done about it.
Note, I have had the Asus RT-N56U for half a year.
