I have an areca 1880 raid controller and a RAID 10 RAID SET with 2 volumes. I had a harddisk broken so i have replaced the harddisk. The raidcontroller was rebuilding. But then the second harddisk was broken. Result: the Volume is failed en the RAID SET is stil rebuiling. I have replaced the harddisk. The first Volume is Normal but the second failed. RAID SET is still buliding but does nothing. The data on the failed Volume is not importent but the First Volume does. It said that the Volume is Normal. The Volume is also working because the server is stil booting.
What can i do? Delete the failed Volume or Must is Delete the RAID SET included the Failed en the Normal Volume?

No, stop what you're doing.
ANY failed rebuild followed by replacing a drive will cause inconsistent striping data across the array.

You've almost certainly caused corruption across both logical volumes but the File system information on the first volume wasn't affected. The rest of that volume is almost certainly corrupt even if the FS is not.

You need professional data recovery help.
