Hello, I've been a long time lurker, and have build many systems before, but I've been out of the game for about 2 years, and just wanted someone to ask for second opinions on this build, along with price checking! I will be ordering this build in about 2-3 weeks so nothing is final at the moment, and If anything is coming out soon that I don't know about I could possibly wait on it. Anyways here's the build!

CPU: ($199.99) Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz (http://www.microcenter.com/product/434177/Core_i5-4690K...)

Cooler: ($34.99) Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)

Motherboard: ($124.99) ASRock Fatal1ty Z97 Killer (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)

Memory: ($84.99) G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 1600Mhz (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)

Graphics Card: ($329.99) EVGA SuperClocked GeForce GTX 770 w/ ACX Cooling 2GB (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)

Case: ($59.99) Corsair Carbide Series 200R (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)

PSU: ($59.99) EVGA 600 B 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified 600W (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)

Optical Drive: ($19.99) ASUS DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)

Monitor: ($129.99) LG 22MP55HQ-P Black 22" (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)

Total: $1300.13 including taxes+shipping for me

Accessories: I'm planning on Getting a Noppoo Choc mini keyboard and a new headset if you guys know of any, let me know! These are both on a different budget so you don't have to worry about going over with them!

Yeah, I would suggest going with the XFX 650 Pro, or the SeaSonic M2ii 620w

I like that build too, Realistically, how much performance increase would this be over my original build? Because I still need a monitor and that'd put me a bit over budget :p

Really pushing it with a 500w PSU, may be safer just to do a 780 non ti, so he can get a monitor also and more wattage lol.
Just a thought ~ :p

na the estimated is 450 so 500W, eswpecially a evga one, will output the full 500w

My overclocked cpu and gpu at only 1200Mhz (stock volts 1.175v) pulled 520W from the wall in Crysis 3, just saying.

Yeah, I think I might have to do that, mainly because of the budget and I still need a monitor :p
Just a few things I'm not 100% on anymore since I haven't kept up with a lot of this for the past ~2 years:
-The comparison of the motherboards (the ASrock vs the Gigabyte posted above) and how much of a difference they actually make in performance in this build.
- The thing is, since the 780 is ~$200 more than the 770 is it worth it (I mean price per dollar wise) because I know I said $1,300 budget, but I really mainly play BF4, WoW, Crysis, LoL. I was just feeling a 780ti might be a bit overkill for a single (maybe dual, actually most likely dual) monitor setup. Please let me know, I'm not quite sure if it would be or not

I'd say yes, a 780 ti is overkill, but both the 770 and 780 can run ultra on bf4, you should get the 780 in a build this budget, it's probably going to have smoother fps on 1440p and and also dual monitors
