The question in title.....will it really fit ? all of this would go in a 250d.

But you have to work out whether it'll fit in your case. It's only 135mm high so it should fit 99% cases.

Ram - check ram height against shuriken specs

No it won't block the GPU pcie slot either. A GPU will fit in easy.
