Yeah good call. Personally I like reds then blues. Blues are better if you are going to do a lot of typing as the tactility will help you reduce errors and also learn the actuation point faster so it increases your typing speed sooner. Here is an explanation of the switches.

If you want some help selecting a specific keyboard let me know but generally the keyboards from Ducky, DAS, Cooler Master Quickfire series, Logitech G710+, Gigabyte Osmium and Corsair K70 are good.
