Hey guys I keep seeing builds usually only for gaming pcs and not as much for what I need. I do want to play some games but I mostly need a build for a flash animation/photoshop and music recording. If you can please include OS in budget here of 700-800. Thanks guys[strike][/strike]

Solution
As you are into graphics work, you need a strong CPU. Below build is with Xeon CPU which is equivalent to i7 in performance but it does not have built-in GPU for to which end, I give you EVGA GTX 750Ti SC. Check the build

Good build by EasyLover. For additional options the build below has an i5, SSD+HD and a slightly larger GPU (at the expense of a slightly slower CPU).

Thanks Sadams04.

i5 for sure is a very good cpu but for OP's stated requirements, he would be needing a more powerful CPU because graphics rendering/editing tasks are mostly CPU bound than GPU, which is why I've given him Xeon with 750Ti. This GPU is more than enough for his gaming requirements and powerful Xeon will enable him to do his desktop apps effectively.

OP can get SSD at any time later on.
