Corsair CX or VS series?

Hello, I am getting new PSU for my system but don't know which one of the following PSU is better to buy. Here is the link of both:

My current rig is: - AMD FX-8150 3.6 GHz (may OC after buying PSU?)
- MSI R9 270X Twin Frozr 2GB
- 1TB WD Green HDD
- 3 case fans including CPU fan
- Asus Sabertooth 990FX, ATX
- Corsair Vengeance 8GB, 1600 MHz DDR3

cx series is very bad, the vs series are better, but can't you get a seasonic or xfx one?

Corsair VS is even more low-end than Corsair CX. It's the worst line of PSUs they offer.

Also, the VS series only accepts 220-240V input. That's why you don't see it in the US, and why there are very few reviews.
