Well, I have a similar system with an older i5, but the same GPU. Watch dogs doesn't run too well as, well its fricking watch dogs. With AA at 2xMSAA, and ultra quality with some settings down to high, I get around 30-40fps on average. BF4 on ultra, with AA turned all the way up, I get a constant 60fps thanks to Mantle (All at 1920x1080)

It will be slightly faster (maybe a couple of fps) and a lot cooler, but costs more. It's up to you i guess. Just don't get an r9 270x 4gb card, it wont be as good as a 280x even though the 280x only has 3gb (more vRAM does not equal faster gaming)
