just got done with building my first gaming pc and i forgot to use stand offs for installing the motherboard i didnt know that you have to use them. will my pc get destroyed coz of that? i didnt turn it on yet coz i still need RAM i will get it soon. please help.

Do it right the first time!
Use the standoffs.
Actually, it is better to test your motherboard and parts first outside the case.
It is easier to fix things then.
If your motherboard does not have a power switch, you can start the pc with a screwdriver and momentarily touching the two pwr front panel pins.
