I have a £500 budget for a new pc, and I desperately need help to set up a build. So if possible could anybody give me some advice on how to get the best for my money.The only essential is Windows 8.1.

You can drop that PSU down a bit actually left a tad high for upgrades later. That CPU does wonders with a basic OC for the money. The board allows you to upgrade CPU's later if you choose or for that matter even need to.

And an i5-4460 is recommended over the Pentium 'dual core', as it's only few euros more, but is 2 more cores & 4 more threads powerful, with 2 mb more cache & other features too... :sol:

I just really like that dual core chip, Can really play with it for the price and oc the hell out of it. But if you dont plan on OC at all then yes the i5 is the better option here.

but fot the price that dual core performs especially in gaming. the i5 is 84$ more Euros
