Does anyone have any personal experiences overclocking on this board?

I'm building a budget system and I'm going with the Pentium G3258 (until I can get an i5) and overclock it to around 4.5 ghz+, I was looking at motherboards and found the Asus z97m plus (Im going for a MicroATX build) but it was a little out of my price range (not completely) so I kept looking and found the Asus H97m-e which has everything I need but I can't find much about overclocking on it so I was wondering if anyone has any personal experiences.

H97 are not for overclocking. You would need the Z
