Solution Phillip Corcoran Aug 15, 2014 Is Windows 7 supported on your PC or laptop model? Check their website (you should have done that before upgrading the OS). If Windows 7 is supported, utilities software for Windows 7 should be on their website (support section). If not supported you're out of luck.
