I live in Canada First off.
I need to still get an OS but you don't need to add that since this build is for the parts only but feel free to add OS on top of the budget.
I'll be playing games like
Arma 3
Dayz
Planetside 2
And I'll be using 3Ds Max 2013 and Photoshop, rendering Videos, audio recording etc.

Its really hard to have decent gaming with a budget of 400 - 450$ (Because OS is about 100$)
