What kind of temps? Idle, load.

I know it's not danferous but if I wanna game, it's a problem

around ~25C

What are your load temps? Some fans have very aggressive curves that keep the fan speed down until load temps get too high then it rapidly ramps up the fan speed. 55C at idle doesn't tell you much, you really need to know your load temps to know if you have a problem.

I booted up witcher 2, it went up to 90C.
now after like an hour it's still at 90C.

how can I check if my pump is working properly?

Thats not good. How long have you had it running at those temps? It should throttle.

Thats really strange. My question is how old is this CPU, and how long has it been running like this since I think it was released in 2011. So do the temps change from 90 degrees to 75 degree?

Maybe the cooler is failing. Do you still have the stock fan? If so you could try that and see if it keeps the temps lower then it is the liquid cooler.
