I had to replace my power supply after lighting knocked out the power for a second. It wouldnt post after I turned it on. So I used a spare 450 watt psu, and it did post then confirming that it was the power supply. Yet I did notice it was slow to boot into Windows which I thought could be because it wasn't enough power for all the components. So I ordered a 700w PSU (old one was a 550w) from Newegg. I just got it and put it in and while it did post, it is running slow as ever. I am at wits end and need some help. What is wrong with my computer?
