Usually when this happens to me on PC builds its the Ram that has failed. Try booting with one of the sticks of ram, if it works the 2nd ram stick has failed, if it doesn't work, try the other ram stick, if still no luck sometimes taking the cmos battery out the motherboard and waiting for 30 seconds then replacing it works. if this doesn't work take all of the ram out and try boot. if the motherboard does a beep code the ram is faulty. if all else fails try getting one of those fault finders you plug into the pci ports, you can usually get them for a few quid off amazon. once you find the part at fault replace it and your system should work.

I tried both of them, no luck. After I took both out though, my speaker started to do long continuous beeps. Could it be that my motherboard simply does not support the 1866 DDR3 Memory or is it that I just got two faulty sticks?

From the way you wrote, it sounds like you took all the ram out of the motherboard. Leave one module and the other out and boot it up. Test the other one in the same manner.

No, unfortunately I don't have another working system as this is my very first PC build, and I got the two ram sticks and all my other parts in store at NCIX.

Oh ok, what about the CPU or the HDD? It seems like my HDD is working but my tower isn't lighting up to show that my HDD is operating. Perhaps I don't have a big enough PSU? I should though as I have an estimated wattage of 364W. And for the RAM, should I get a DDR3 1600 as it seems like my Motherboard doesn't support DDR3 1866 because I looked on the website for my Motherboard and it said that if you have a DDR3 1866, you should downgrade to DDR3 1600.
