turtle beach x12 is doing problems on pc

i just got x12 and pluged it in, but the computer wont recginze it and its called "speakers"
also theres a static sound that makes me want to die

any help?

Hi I have x12. I fixed the feedback problem by using the plug from any of my portable device (android chargers or iphone) and plugging it into a wall then connect the headphone's usb to it. I recently purchased a soundcard which also deteriorated the feedback so you don't need to plug it into a plug anymore. Have you tried downloading the drivers if there are recent ones? Mine worked out of the box

yes i got the drivers but my pc still doesnt recginzie them and theres static sound even if i plug it to a charger
