Good mobo for overclocking?

Im gonna buy a new pre built pc but im already thinking if its good for overclocking:

AMD FX 8350
GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3P
R9 270x
Vitsuba 700w
HD 1TB SATA3
RAM 8GB DDR3 1333MHZ

Soo. The frequency of that processor is 4.0 GHz (and max. turbo is 4.2). Will i be able to oc it to 4.5 at least?

PS: Im gonna use a Hyper 212 Evo

No. I've read and heard of people having issues with this specific MoBo while trying to OC. It doesn't have the VRM section needed to push these FX processors over stock. It can do mild OC but don't try to go over 4.2-4.3GHz.

I'd recommend this one:
Motherboard: ASRock 990FX Extreme3 ATX AM3+/AM3 Motherboard ($99.99 @ Newegg)

OR

Motherboard: Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($109.98 @ OutletPC)

Both are equally good. Asus just has better overall quality, nothing else. ASROCK is also solid and excellent OCer.

I'd say get the ASRock, Asus is not the best choice here, ASRock OCs like ice cream

Great, gonna see if i can ask for the pre built pc with one of these mobos. How much do you think that i will be able to oc with one of them, and the hyper 212 evo? Under normal conditions

4.5GHz should be pretty stable. You can try till 4.7GHz but don't sustain it if the VCore is too high.
I'd say 4.5GHz will be a safe and almost garuanteed OC with any of those MoBo, stable that is.

Also, the temps should not be a problem with that cooler and enough ventilation in the case. expect 55-60C on high loads, like 80%. It'll max to about 70C on 100%, but don't let it reach that temp too often for too long.
