External HDD failing????

Hello everyone

I just checked my external HDD and had these results. Since I dont really understand anything of whats written there I am asking for your help. I have very important documents on this HDD.

Is this serious? What should I do?

There are safety precautions provided by your hard drive's manufacturer here for proper handling of your external drive here. You can also use Seatools to scan and fix possible media issues of your drive.

That typically indicates that your drive is already starting to deteriorate and is already some bad sectors on its media. If you have another external drive it is advisable that you should back up your files from that drive to avoid possible data loss.
