Intel 4690 Idling at ~54 degrees C

I'm afraid that my CPU is overheating/seated improperly, because of the temperatures it reaches. It idles at around 54 degrees , and when I'm playing games, it rises to around 70-80 degrees C. Is this bad, or am I just over thinking it?

As I thought.
The stock cooler is a piece of shit.You should NEVER use it.
Try getting a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO as your cooling solution and some quality Thermal Paste,like Arctic Silver 5.
That should reduce your temps to about 30-35 idle and 50-60 when gaming. :)
