I am building a pc for gaming purpose and here are the specifcations :
CPU- Amd Fx 8350
MotherBoard- Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0
PSU - Corsair CX -750
GPU - Sapphire R9 270x Toxic 2gb
Ram = Corsair DDR3 4gb x2 (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9)
Hdd - Seagate 500gb Hdd

Problem = I've assembled the components and now when i turn it on following follows:
- all the fans starts running ; the CPU fan , cabinet fans and even the GPU fans
- then suddenly, for some unknown reason the GPU fans turn off
- the motherboard, after a moment gives 1 long beep and then 3 small beeps [and sometimes i here the fourth beep a moment after the third beep]
-after all the beeps done, the GPU fans starts rotating again, the gpu light turns on as all were before the beeps

And so i get no output on the moniter. This beep pattern, according to the manual is = VGA not Detected.

Things i tried and 've got me no result[strike][/strike]
- i took out the mother board out of the case and tried it on the box over the supporting screws
- tried 1 RAM at a time , switched the RAM and the ports.
- trying the different PCIe port
- clearing CMOS with and without battery
- reseating the GPU for 4 times
- connecting only one PCI cable rather than 2
- connecting only the four pins out of 8 for the ATX power
- turning the pc on and off for like half of a day with some hope that it may start for once.

Any one with any solution, i'd be grateful.

Solution
Try another card in the current build, any PCI-E card will do, with or without external power requirements, just to confirm the rest of the system is OK.
Try the card in another machine if possible, it's not unknown for parts to arrive DOA. :(

PC store was my last resort, i wanted to try it at home.
And by the way, the fans of the GPU are all working before and after the "beep codes", so is there still the chance of it begin dead on arrival.I mean , how?
Its Fans-working was the only reason i didnt consider it dead.

@mlga91, The motherboard doesn't have the on-board graphics; it does not have the diaplay port at the back i/o, it does always need a graphics card for the video output.
