What wifi card is good for gaming with a GA-78LMT S2P mobo

I'm new to this website so sorry if its in the wrong forums but, I recently got a new PC and found it doesn't have wifi.

Ethernet isn't an option because it would need a 30-40m cable just to get to me as the router's downstairs and my computer's upstairs.

I wanted to know what wifi card I can get with a GA-78LMT S2P mobo.

If anyone can, it would be a great help if you guys could find a wifi card available in the UK.
Shops like Curry's or PCWorld would be fantastic.

Any PCIe or regular PCI wifi card will work on that mobo.

Although keep in mind, that depending on the number of walls and the total distance between your PC and the router your signal will not be as good as a wired connection.

Have you given any thought to buying a cheap router to use a 2nd wireless/wired router? This would allow you to have a wired connection to the second router, which would be hooked up to the main router giving you the full speed.

Its around 7m through one thick wall and do you have any good examples?
