My current pc components are
AMD FX6300 CPU,
AMD SAPPHIRE R9 270-X TOXIC BOOST EDITION GPU,
ASUS M5A 78L-M LX V2 MOBO,
CORSAIR 4x2 GB DDR3 RAM STICKS,
ANTEC VP550P PSU,
DELL S2440L MONITOR,
2 TB WD CAVIAR GREEN HDD,

My problem is happening when i bought new GPU and PSU which is 270x and antec vp550p , i had nvidia 550ti cyclone oc and corsair vs450 and i was getting 60fps on that gpu on gta 4 but when i installed my new gpu and psu (i bought both things at the same time ) i am getting 30-35 fps in gta4 which is not a big problem , the big problem is that whenever i play games my pc shuts down freezing and making lines on screen after some time of gameplay but it doesn't happen with every game , some games work fine , some makes it shut down and some dont even open and my pc shuts down. I checked the temperature and its okay , some guy told me on another forum that its the driver which is causing this problem becuz when i change drivers then i can play some games for longer ,i mean the time of gameplay changes by driver versions , for example when i installed 13.12 catalyst driver then i was able to play nfs rivals without any problem (shut down happened only few times and after a long gameplay) but when i installed any beta version of catalyst driver or any other stable version except 14.4 then it kept crashing after 5-10 mins ,and some games like sleeping dogs , saint row 3 , saint row 4 they dont even open and my pc crashes on every driver version. it never happened on my old gpu and psu this is very weird and irritating problem , i cant play games properly since i bought this gpu

Sounds like you've definitely got a bad GPU, unfortunately. Return it :)
