What upgrade i can do to enhance gaming performance that wont cause bottle necking?
I would prefer upgrading CPU, Graphic card and the PSU
i also plan on getting a PC cooling unit but should i since i do not plan on overclocking

I was think about getting a AMD Athlon II X4 651 and for the graphic card a DIAMOND 6570PE32G Radeon HD 6570 2GB or XFX FX775AZNJ4 Radeon HD 7750
If u have any additional Question? i will answer as soon as possible

First of all, you should upgrade your psu to a 550W or a 600W because the radeon GPUs need lots o'power to be cool. It will cost you around 80$ (I can't provide link now because my internet sucks). Then, from GPU you could choose the R9 270X at a price around 260$. In my opinion your CPU will not put limits in your gaming, so you don't need to upgrade it.
For example, I have a celeron G1610 Dual-core at 2.6GHz. As I saw, it's power is only the 75% needed by crysis 3 minimum system requirements. And I play this game at 80 fps at medium settings at 1080p thanks to my GPU.

From looking at the link you have included you can only upgrade to
AMD A8-3850 (Liano) quad core
100W
AMD A8-3800 (Liano) quad core
65W
AMD A6-3650 (Liano) quad core
100W
AMD A6-3600 (Liano) quad core
65W
AMD A4-3400 (Liano) dual core
65W
AMD E2-3200 (Liano) dual core

To be honest on PCs like that its not really worth upgrading since you would get little performance gains. I would recommend a new PC. Heres an ok one that will run games at medium. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tgyI8bfrYt4

If you want your CPU to be cheap, then buy an A8 quad-core or an FX 4xxx, but if you have the money, go for an i5. For motherboard, it depends on your CPU. GPU Take the Radeon r7 260x if you have amd CPU or the gtx 750 if you have an intel cpu
A celeron g1610 will work fine for a price at 40$, but it will limit you on Q4 2015 and 2016 games

Thank you guy for ur feed back.i decided on Overclocking the AMD CPU 2.5 GHz to 3.2(max 3.6) and buying a cooling unit. for the graphic card i will mostly likely get the R9 260X. Also a PSU 550w. now im go check the prices.

Thanks again!! Have a nice day
