Which is better?

I will not plan to overclock and will it work with this mobo?

Both cpu will work with the motherboard.
Either cpu is fine. If budget is tight, go for the cheapest. There isn't a huge performance increase goin with 4690 in gaming.

Theres about £20 difference. I have the money but is it worth going with the 4590 as its that little cheaper. Unless the performance difference between the two is massive.

Probably not worth it but you could if you rather use the extra money saved.
You could get a premium fan like Noctua fan or a Wifi adapter card/USB

No, its not, its 200MHz difference.

Somehting to note, if your not overclocking and have a little more to spend.

This is effectively an I7 4790 that has hyperthreading and more cache memory AND a 200MHz clock rate bump from the 4690 for 242$.
