PC upgrading Help Please

Well i dont know much about comptuers but i have a really crappy one.

I am looking for something to give me atleast 60 FPS in ghost recon phantoms.

Be able to livestream and record games

My budget is $250-$300

With that budget I wouldn't buy a PC. Just buy a PS4.

You can't exactly do it but okay. The mainboard is called a motherboard and the cpu socket is only compatable with AMD apus I would say within you budgaet get the best AMD apu you can. You have enough ram for now. And then further down the line upgrade your other parts. And amd apu could possibly do that.
