Thanks for the answer. What I get is when I go to the Technical Support section, I get a support request form. I filled it out and pushed the submit button. It does not submit. I have done this 7 times over 3 days, no luck. Internet speed has nothing to do with it.

Can anyone tell me if ASRock is still in business? I have tried to email them, I have tried the support request form seven times. Here's what doesn't work. ASRock.com; asrock.com; asrock/support; http//event.asrock.com/tsd.asp ( this link gets me to the support request form which does not work) Any suggestions?
