Hi. I have a small black border where the taskbar is. It feels like the screen has moved a little bit up. It happened after i was playing a game (PayDay 2).

Things i tried:
1) Reinstalled ATI drivers
2) Tried to find the scaling options, couldn't.
3) Played with resolutions.
4) Played with monitor settings.
5) Reset monitor to factory settings.
6) Spent 1+ hour doing all that crap.

This is what it looks like: http://i.gyazo.com/6859dc4f1786064060f2ac91fe6946d4.png

Help would be much appreciated.

try it on another TV or monitor see if the black bar follows (if it does its software probably). if the black bar goes away on all TVs/monitors except yours, the issue is probably your screen or compatibility.

next time take a screenshot without utorrent open. it could get you banned from this forum. the scalling options are found in catalyst control center. under the 'my digital flat-screen' tab move the slider all the way to the right

Can not test it today. And it had been working perfectly before.

In the Properties (Digital Flat-Panel) is there also no mention on Scale? (Image Scaling Preferences).
