So I have a small form factor computer currently with a Radeon HD 4550. It has a 240 watt PSU, and is obviously a small form factor.
I'm not really a HUGE gamer that wants to game the latest and greatest at the higest settings, however, I do enjoy skyrim and half life and other "light" games every once in a while. I have a 2.8 ghz quad core in here, and 8 GB ddr3 dual channel RAM. It actually runs skyrim on high settings pretty Ok-ish. (Completely playable on medium settings)

I'm not really looking for somehting that will play skyrim here specifically, however, i'm wondering if there is a graphics card compatibe with my system that is better than this.
My motherboard is a Hewlett-Packard 3646h.

I'm looking for any advice, Thanks :)

P.S. My budget is about 160$.

I was looking at this:

But that has 300 watts, and i dont know if it'll work.

What CPU?

240W PSU with a core 2 quad/older AMD quad - probably not much headroom to go for a better GPU
The newer the CPU - the more headroom you will have for better graphics.

Though a few places are even saying they recommend a 300/400W PSU for your existing 4550.

IIRC the PCIe max is 75W (without external power connections) and the 750Ti is pretty close to that, while the 4550 draws somewhere around 30W.

Personally I'd recommend a new PSU, say ~350/400W and you can run a 750TI no issue.
